Dear T-Ball Coaches and Teams, Once again we have unfortunately had our fair share fo rain-outs this season. In light of this, we would like to offer an oppurtunity to schedule some make-up games if any teams are interested. The dates for these games will be: If your team is interested in either of these dates, please e-mail the name of your team and division to: esasportsinfo@yahoo.com We understand that we are getting into vacation time for many families, so please consider this when making your decision. We want to make it worth everyones time to have these games. Please e-mail your requests as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements for field coverage. GENERAL RAIN-OUT INFORMATION SINCE MOVING TO A 10-GAME SCHEDULE IN 2010 RAIN OUTS AND CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE RE-SCHEDULED. CONSIDERATIONS FOR MAKE-UP GAMES WILL BE MADE IF SPECIFIC TEAMS EXPERIENCE AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CANCELLATIONS. MANDATORY COACHES MEETING THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY COACHES MEETING ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 4TH @ 6PM IN THE ASSUMPTION ROOM LOCATED AT EPIPHANY. SCHEDULES WILL BE HANDED OUT AND THE GROUND RULES WILL BE GONE OVER. FOR THE 2012 SEASON CALLING RAIN-OUTS Making the decision to cancel games is always a tough decision. A lot of times there maybe sunshine at game time, but we have to look how much rain has fallen either before the game or in the past 24 to 48 hours. Despite the many improvements we have made to the fields at Epiphany they still do not drain very well. Therefore, even a little bit of rain can make conditions unplayable.
